Ex-Bears Coach Lovie Smith Lists Lake Forest Home

Former Chicago Bears head coach Lovie Smith, now head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, has listed his 13-room brick house in Lake Forest for $1.999 million. The Bears fired Smith, 56, at the end of 2012 after nine seasons as coach. He sat out the 2013 football season and signed with Tampa in January.

Trump Tower Unit Sets Resale Record at $3.99M

A 4,000-square-foot, 48th-floor condo unit in the Trump International Hotel & Tower sold Thursday for $3.99 million, the building’s highest sale price since 2009. In 2009, an 87th-floor unit sold for $5.15 million and an 88th-floor unit changed hands for $5.17 million, which remains the building’s record. Both were purchased from the building’s developer.
