The Disabled Patriot Fund is hosting their Ninth Annual Golf Outing at the Green Garden Country Club in Frankfort, Ill. The event, which is the organization’s biggest fundraiser of the year, will be held on Thursday, July 11.
The tournament begins with a 9:00 a.m. shotgun start, and golfers will be competing to win prizes for having the lowest score, the longest drive or being the closest to the pin. Lunch and dinner will both be provided, and there will also be a silent auction and 50/50 raffle held that afternoon.
For those interested in playing in the tournament, the cost for 18 holes plus dinner is $150 per person. If you would prefer to only play nine holes, the cost is $130 per person with dinner included. If you enjoy watching the game and don’t want to participate, but would still like to have a delicious meal, dinner only tickets are $50 per person.
There are multiple sponsorship levels available to those individuals or businesses who would like to sponsor the golf tournament:
- $100 Hole Sponsor
- $250 Beverage Sponsor
- $500 Lunch Sponsor
- $1,000 Dinner Sponsor
- $2,500 Event Sponsor
You can also donate silent auction items or give monetary donations to support the efforts of the Disabled Patriot Fund.
Formed in 2004 by a group of area business people and local officials who came together because of their common interest to help disabled veterans, the Disabled Patriot Fund’s goal is to provide financial relief to local U.S. military families. Many of their supporters are associated with the homebuilding industry, and the Southwest Suburban Home Builders Association has endorsed their efforts.
