The Legacy at Millennium Park Broker Open House
The Legacy at Millennium Park

There’s an event in the city on Wednesday where brokers can enjoy drinks and hors d’oeuvres, win prizes and see some Chicago new homes in the sky.
The Legacy at Millennium Park, 60 E. Monroe St., is an award-winning residential high-rise, which — at nearly 822 feet — is one of the 50 tallest buildings on the continent.
The luxury condominium building, located on prime Chicago real estate, offers three types of residences:
*Park Residences: 1 to 2 bedrooms, 1 to 2 baths, on floors 16 through 40.
*Skyline Residences: 1 to 3 bedrooms, 1.5 to 3 bathrooms, on floors 16 through 59.
*Millennium Residences: 2 bedrooms plus den to 3 bedrooms plus den, 2.5 to 3.5 baths, on floors 43 through 68.

Developers Mesa Development LLC and Walsh Investors designed the Legacy at Millennium Park by integrating modern architecture into its landmarked surroundings. While the units are ultra-contemporary, the exterior proves its history in three building facades along Chicago’s landmarked Jewelers Row on Wabash Ave., which were preserved and restored during the redevelopment.
The building has earned numerous awards for its architecture, residences and development program, and agents who attend Wednesday’s Broker Open House could win a prize as well.
